     Mark Murphy 
    Mark E. Murphy, RN, NP, Interim President/Chief Executive Officer
    Mr. Murphy is the Senior Vice President for System Development and Ambulatory Care Administration for St. Joseph’s Health, where he has worked since 1989. His responsibilities at St. Joseph's are related to System Development including system-wide Strategy Planning, Regional Development/Affiliations, Government Relations/Advocacy, and Continuum of Care/Community Based Care. Under Ambulatory Care Administration, Murphy oversees home and community-based services, outpatient mental health, hospital based clinics, care management and dialysis programs, and the regional for-profit management and durable medical equipment company. 

    Mr. Murphy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from SUNY Plattsburg, a Master of Science in Nursing from Boston College and completed post graduate classwork at both Le Moyne College and Syracuse University.

     
     Andrew Bushnell, MD 
    Andrew Bushnell, M.D., MBA Vice President/Chief Medical Officer

    Dr. Bushnell, a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Md. and the University of Maryland School of Medicine, completed his residency at SUNY Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, and earned his master's degree in business administration. Dr. Bushnell joined Rome Memorial Hospital as medical director of its Emergency Department in 2012 and continues to serve in that role.

     Rowlands 
    Dewey R. Rowlands, Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Rowlands received his bachelor’s degree from Utica College. He joined the hospital’s staff as its Chief Financial Officer in 2014 bringing with him more than 32 years of experience in healthcare finance.  

       Amy Carissimo Harris 
    Amy Carisssimo-Harris, RN, Interim Chief Nursing Officer

    Ms. Carissimo-Harris has spent 20 of her 25 years of nursing experience at Rome Memorial Hospital including 15 in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and four as director of Infection Prevention. Carissimo-Harris started her career in nursing as a nursing assistant in 1992 and earned her nursing degree from St. Elizabeth College of Nursing in 1994. She then went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree in biology from Utica College.  

     Winter 
    Cassie Evans Winter, Vice President Communications/Marketing

    Mrs. Winter received her bachelor's degree in sociology from Texas A & M University, College Station, Texas. A former reporter, she joined the hospital’s staff in 1998 as the public relations manager. She was promoted to public relations director in 2002 and named Assistant Vice President Communications/Marketing in 2006. In 2012, she was promoted to Vice President Communications/Marketing.  

     Chambers 2 
    Regina Chambers, Vice President Human Resources

    Mrs. Chambers earned her bachelor’s of art degree in healthcare administration from Marshall University, Huntington, W.Va. She joined the hospital’s staff in 1995 and was promoted from Director of Personnel to Assistant Vice President of Human Resources in 2007 and named Vice President in 2013.

     Gouse  Manon Gouse, Vice President/Chief Quality Officer 

    Mrs. Gouse received her bachelor of science degree in hearing and speech sciences and her master of science degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah.  She is pursuing a master's degree in health care administration through Utica College. She joined the hospital's staff in 2007 as a speech-language pathologist and was promoted to Vice President/Chief Quality Officer in 2017. 
     Atkinson   Rosemel Atkinson, Vice President of Physician Practices  

    Mrs. Atkinson has served as practice administrator for Rome Medical Group, the city’s largest primary care physician office, for over 20 years. Additionally, she oversees Camden Family Care, Boonville Family Care and Rome’s Delta Medical primary care offices. She was named Vice President of Physician Practices in 2016.

     Anthony Joseph 
    Anthony Joseph, Senior Services Administrator
     Mr. Joseph is a licensed nursing home administrator who earned his bachelor’s degree from Utica College, plus a master’s of social work and a master’s of public administration from Syracuse University. He retired in 2016 as vice president of long term care services at Samaritan Health Systems in Watertown. Prior to that, Joseph was administrator of the Presbyterian Home in New Hartford and the Oneida Healthcare Center Extended Care Facility, director/CEO of the Madison County Office for the Aging, and administrator/CEO of Mohawk Valley Nursing Home in Ilion. He also served as administrator at Rome Memorial Hospital’s RHCF from 1995-97.
       
      King, P   Patricia King, RN, BS, CCM, CDMS, Assistant Vice President Continuum of Care  

    Ms. King received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the State University of New York College of Technology. She joined Rome Memorial Hospital as its Director of Continuum of Care in 2014 bringing with her more than 35 years of Nursing Case Management leadership. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Continuum of Care in 2015.
     
     Williams   Karen Williams, Director of Physician Services   

    Mrs. Williams received her bachelor's degree of Professional Science in Health Services Management from SUNY College of Technology, Utica, NY. She is a Certified Professional in Medical Services Management (CPMSM) and Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS). She joined the hospital in 1992 and was promoted to Director of Physician Services in 2011.
